Policies
 | Reservations: 2 night stay requires full payment in advance.
3 or more nights requires 2 nights advance, with balance due 14 days
before reservation date |
| Cancellations: Full refund if cancelled 15 days before reservation date
for non-credit card transactions. Credit card transactions have a $100
cancellation fee. All holiday cancellations have a $100 cancellation
fee. The advance for Christmas is non-refundable. |
