Directions to “Janet’s Place”
105 Metz Rd., Ruidoso, New Mexico

Coming in from Hwy. 70 from Roswell,
turn right into Ruidoso on Hwy. 37 (Suddereth Drive). Go through town (3.4
miles) and turn right on Mechem Drive. (Mechem is a continuation of Hwy. 37
and is sometimes shown as Hwy. 48 on some maps.) Go about 1.1 miles and turn
right on Cree Meadows Drive. (This is the first stoplight up Mechem.) Go
down Cree Meadows 2 blocks and turn left on Metz Road.
Go 0.3 mile up Metz. Janet's Place is the first house on the right after
you pass the McKenzie Road intersection. It can be easy to miss the first
time because it sits back from the road, up the hill and has large pine
trees in front of it. The houses on the left are much more open and not as
secluded as Janet’s Place.
