Policies
 |
Reservations: 2 night stay requires full payment in advance. 3 or more nights requires 2 nights advance, with balance due 14 days before reservation date. |

Cancellations: Advance payment refund if cancelled 15 or more days before reservation date minus a $100 cancellation fee. Advance payment for Christmas and New Year's reservations is non-refundable. |
